Weather and Snowpack Summary:

The spring diurnal cycle that the snowpack has undergone has created a stronger, generally more uniform, and cohesive snowpack.

With the recent light snowfall and firm snow surfaces there is the potential for dry loose avalanches to occur above the roadway. Sunday April 21st, light precipitation will return to the area accompanied by gusty west winds.
