2024 Association landscape letter

With the increasing number of completed homes in the community, we wanted to send a reminder that the basic landscaping services in the community are provided by the SRSC Owners Association (SRSCOA) per the requirements of the community CC&Rs. The purpose of the standardized landscaping requirement in the CC&Rs is to ensure that there is a minimum “basic” level of landscape maintenance that all lot owners and homeowners adhere to.
